Wastewater treatment from the processing of fishery products

A fish products processing plant requires a large amount of water in its daily activities. Whether it is for rinsing fishery products or for the use of water by the employees of the establishment, a large discharge of wastewater emerges that can be damaging to the receiving soil and the phreatic table. We are proposing to equip a processing plant for fishery products from the St. Lawrence River and/or the St. Lawrence Golf Course with our System O)) solutions for wastewater treatment. Our system is completely passive, energy-free, maintenance-free and mechanical-free and perfectly matches with the natural principles of treatment of wastewater. It will be able to treat all the establishment's wastewater, allowing infiltration of contaminant-free water or discharge to a water course that is harmless to nature. Our solutions are composed of chambers specially designed to recreate the natural principles of wastewater treatment and to maximize the bacterial activity. They will be installed downstream an underground septic tank. We will develop a system adapted to the customer's needs and to the nature of its wastewater with high organic loads as well as to expected treatments. Installed on a bed of filtering sand of very precise granulometry, the wastewater will be treated inside the treatment chambers by the combination of aerobic and anaerobic bacterial activity establishing itself on our mechanical support serving as a trickling filter. No maintenance will be necessary. An installation like ours represents a significant saving in terms of installation as well as in the longer term, for repair and maintenance. Our system will be able to treat any type of organic water that can be rejected by the company previously mentioned. We will then proceed to the analysis of the treated water and will be in able to present the results obtained in order to offer these solutions for all processing of fishery products on the shores of the St.Lawrence.
