Municipalities and Industries in Collaborative Innovation Mode!

With a view to sustainable development, many municipalities around the world are moving towards the use of green and eco-responsible technologies to address new and increasingly complex environmental issues.

The development of biosolutions can be achieved through close collaboration between municipalities, industry and research institutions. It is in this context that the event entitled: "Municipalities and Industries in Collaborative Innovation Mode!" is being organized, with the aim of meeting the following objectives:

• Stimulating interaction between representatives of the municipal, industrial and academic spheres on environmental issues common to and specific to municipalities;
• Setting up collaborative and applied research projects. 

Municipal representatives, industrials, researchers and managers will focus on the following issues:

• Effluent treatment;
• Bioremediation and bio-restoration of soils;
• Waste recovery;
• Water treatment.
