Dispersa is a start-up company that transforms food waste into biosurfactants, which are soap-like ingredients. We aim to provide natural alternatives to surfactants currently on the market that contain petroleum and palm oil. Our mission as a green company is to reduce dependence on natural resources and instead use the abundance of food waste around us to create surfactants. These ingredients can be used in various industries, from cleaning to cosmetics, and even agriculture. The goal of this project is to commercialize the process of manufacturing biosurfactants derived from Dispersa's food waste. This process will allow us to produce our first ingredient, called PuraSurf M, which can be used in the cleaning products market.
