FIBEQ 2024 – Innovation Forum on Quebec's Bioeconomy

The CRIBIQ is delighted to announce that the third edition of the Innovation Forum on Quebec's Bioeconomy (FIBEQ) will be held on October 23-24, 2024 at the Centre d'événements et de congrès interactifs in Trois-Rivières.

After the resounding success of the first two editions, the organizing committee formed by the CRIBIQ, Innofibre, IDÉ Trois-Rivières  and the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières is excited to welcome you back for two days of exchange, knowledge sharing and reflexions on the future of the bioeconomy in Quebec.

The first edition of 2019 provided an opportunity to assess the potential of the bioeconomy to meet the needs of industry, while promoting Quebec's transition towards a sustainable and competitive economy. The second edition of 2022 marked a pivotal moment, when we took a look at a crucial contemporary issues such as artificial intelligence applied to sustainable innovation and agri-food in a post-pandemic context, and where the interest in decompartmentalizing our various fields of expertise with a view to fully mobilizing entrepreneurs, researchers, elected officials, citizens, workers, decision-makers and many others.

The third edition of the FIBEQ promises to be a new opportunity to strengthen our collaborations, deepen our knowledge and stimulate innovation in all aspects of the bioeconomy.
