Victoriaville and its region aspire to become the foremost reference in the circular economy in Quebec and to drive innovative sustainable development initiatives. To achieve this, it is currently implementing a regional project that will offer expertise, resources, and infrastructure to businesses that wish to be part of the movement: City of Circular and Sustainable Innovation (Cité de l'innovation circulaire et durable).
In this context, the CRIBIQ and the City of Circular and Sustainable Innovation (Cité de l'innovation circulaire et durable), in collaboration with Cascades and Victoriaville, the host city of the event, come together to organize the first edition of:
"Circularity, a Competitive Advantage for Industrial Businesses"
On October 17-18, 2023 in Victoriaville, the industrial community is invited to participate in this event, which will offer a program tailored to the realities and challenges of small, medium, and large enterprises in the fields of innovation and circular economy. The first day will showcase several national and international speakers who will share their vision, accomplishments, and reflections on the economic advantages and potential of circularity. The second day will provide an immersion into the world of Cascades, a company whose circular economy practices have proven successful for nearly 60 years.
