In order to position itself as a key player in the preservation of the environment, the province of Quebec must invest in academic research on the various sectors of the biobased economy. Two of those important sectors are the industrial bioproducts sector and the environment sector.
The industrial bioproducts sector includes bioenergy (liquid, solid, and gaseous biofuels), materials, and biobased chemicals. As for the environment sector, the CRIBIQ aims to set up projects related to bioremediation, effluent treatment, and waste recovery.
Within the framework of its 2023-2024 collaborative research program, the CRIBIQ is therefore pleased to launch its 103rd call for projects for the PSO-Industrial Bioproducts & Environment program. This call is part of the Support Program for Research and Innovation Organizations (SPO) of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy of Quebec (MEIE).
