Commercialization of REGEN™ biomaterial in packaging, specifically as a waterproof coating for paper and cardboard made from pulp fibers

The objective of the CRIBIQ Startup funding was to secure additional financing to establish a pilot unit for the FlexCarbon technologies (PHA production using non-food raw materials) and REGEN™ (production of the compound to be commercialized). Today, these objectives have been fully achieved. BOSK now has the equipment needed to validate the applicability of various raw materials (industrial by-products from the pulp and vegetable oil processing industries). This enables the development of fermentation processes for each case and the production of preliminary engineering for full-scale projects with industrial clients.

Regarding REGEN™, a complete production line is now operational, allowing for the initiation of commercialization (direct sales) and the completion of the sales cycle by improving the product through full-scale testing with clients.
