Development and Evaluation of BeeTrack Technology in a Commercial Beekeeping Context

The project aims to commercialize the technology developed under the CRIBIQ Partenar-IA project, specifically the BeeTrack AI analysis and traceability platform, to initiate the company's growth phase. The project consists of three main parts: supporting the company's sales team activities, developing content for inventory purchases necessary to achieve these sales goals, and maximizing efficiency during regional and national conference appearances (across U.S. states and Canadian provinces) and commercial missions aligned with migratory cycles.

To achieve ambitious growth objectives (see section 2.2.1), Nectar plans to hire a dedicated sales representative to work closely with the sales director and customer success specialist to ensure effective sales process management and follow-up.

Additionally, to enhance lead generation efforts, Nectar intends to invest in digital marketing tools, including a new website and SEO optimization services, along with prospect management strategies within its sales pipeline. Furthermore, an intermediate communication and marketing specialist will be hired to lead email newsletter campaigns and online advertising initiatives.
